Troubleshooting guidance for FS-scoreboard.
The shortcut does nothing
Try /scoreboard and inspect FiveM key bindings. Existing saved keys do not automatically follow a new default.
Jobs or services are missing
Check Config.Source and its provider-specific setup. Standalone mode cannot invent framework jobs or CAD duty records.
The server theme is ignored
A player may have a saved theme. Review AllowUserTheme and personalization locks, or reset the saved preferences.
Information to include when asking for help
Record your installed resource version, the exact command/action, the symptom, the relevant config values and the matching client/server error. Remove credentials, webhook URLs and player identifiers from shared logs. Start with the symptom checks above so the report identifies which step failed.
