LUX CAD testing status

LUX CAD support has not yet been fully tested against a live LUX CAD installation. Please report any integration issues.

Review the new Config.CivilianServices structure. Legacy custom-job settings and the SetCustomJob export still work for compatibility.
Keep server_config.lua with the resource if you use the Discord status webhook.
Rename legacy hybrid source values to sonoran_hybrid or lux_hybrid.
