Usage

1. Run /weather and inspect current weather, time and forecast.
2. Use the documented controls to select the intended conditions.
3. Check that another connected player receives the same conditions; review permissions before making admin controls available.

Confirm it worked

Connected players share the intended weather and clock, and authorized staff can open /weather.
